Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data JetVibe Aviation Private Limited ("JetVibe", "we", "us") collects, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and your rights. It applies wherever you are. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for people in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and the UK GDPR.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
JetVibe Aviation Private Limited, Unit No. 1006, 10th Floor, Spaze Platinum Tower, Sector 47, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122018, India. We decide how your personal data is used.
For any question about your data, or to use your rights, write to our grievance officer: Sourabh Jangid, CEO, care@jet-vibe.com.
2. What we collect
What you give us: your name, email address and phone number; the notes you write to us; and, when you book, each passenger's name and ID or passport details, which the operator needs for the flight's passenger list.
From your sign-in: if you sign in with Google, the name and email address on your Google account. If you sign in with an email or a phone code, the address or number you confirmed.
From your use of the site: the trips you ask quotes for, your quotes and commits, the emails we have sent you, and the currency you chose (kept in a cookie). We read the country your connection comes from to show prices in your currency and to suggest your phone's country code; we do not store it.
If you ask us for a quote by phone, WhatsApp or email: we keep your name, contact details and notes of your request, and the links we send you, so we can follow up.
From payment: the reference and status of your payment from the payment gateway. Your card or bank details go to the payment gateway and are never stored by us.
We do not collect data about your health, beliefs or other sensitive matters, and we do not ask for anything we do not need.
3. Why we use it
We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you, and we never sell it.
4. Who receives it
- The operator of your flight, from the firm quote on, so it can fly you.
- The services that run our site, each under a data processing agreement that binds them to use your data only for us:
- Supabase: our database, sign-in and file storage;
- Vercel: hosting of the site, and its server logs;
- Resend: sending our emails;
- Google: sign-in with Google, when you choose it;
- our SMS provider and Meta (WhatsApp): sending sign-in codes and messages;
- Razorpay, our payment gateway;
- our accounting system (Tally) and our accountant.
- OpenFreeMap, which provides the flight map: your browser asks it for map images, so it receives your IP address.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside your country
We are in India, and some of the services above are in other countries, including the United States. Our database is hosted in Mumbai, India (Amazon Web Services region ap-south-1). Wherever your data goes, it is protected by the service's data processing agreement, including the European Union's standard contractual clauses and the United Kingdom's addendum for data from those regions.
6. How long we keep it
- Invoices, Proforma Invoices, payment records and the quotes and messages behind them: 8 years from the end of the financial year, as Indian company and tax law requires.
- Your account, and quotes that never led to a payment: until you delete your account, or 3 years after your last activity, whichever is sooner.
- Your details and the links we sent you, when you asked us for a quote by phone, WhatsApp or email: until you delete your account, or 3 years after our last message to you.
- The record of each email or message we sent you: for as long as the quote or document it belongs to.
- Server logs kept by our hosting service: for as long as that service keeps them.
When we delete your data, we keep a record that it was deleted for one year.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data;
- correct it;
- delete it, and your account;
- send it to you, or to another company, in a common format;
- stop or restrict a use of it, or object to it;
- withdraw a consent you gave.
Write to our grievance officer. We answer within one month. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data except the records the law makes us keep (above), which we keep only for that purpose.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you live in the EU or the UK, to your own country's data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, one used while you sign in with Google, and one that remembers the currency you chose. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
Our service is for people aged 18 or older. A child can travel as a passenger on a booking made by an adult, who gives us the child's details.
10. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit, access to it is limited to the people who need it for their work, and each customer can only see their own quotes. If a breach puts your data at risk, we tell you and the authorities without delay, as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will tell you before it applies.
