Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and JetVibe Aviation Private Limited ("JetVibe", "we", "us") when you use jet-vibe.com and when you book a flight through us. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of them.
1. Who we are
JetVibe Aviation Private Limited, a company registered in India.
Registered office: Unit No. 1006, 10th Floor, Spaze Platinum Tower, Sector 47, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122018, India.
CIN: U51109HR2026PTC149103. GSTIN: 06AAHCJ5589P1ZN.
Bookings: +91 91727 77468 (calls and WhatsApp), charters@jet-vibe.com.
2. What we do, and who flies you
We arrange private charter flights. We do not own or operate the aircraft. Every flight is operated by an operator licensed to fly charter flights (in India, an operator holding a Non-Scheduled Operator Permit from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation). The operator is the carrier: it flies the aircraft, employs the crew and is responsible for the flight's safety.
We act as your agent: we find the aircraft, quote the price, arrange the booking with the operator, take your payment, issue your documents and support you before and during your trip. We name the operator in your firm quote, before you pay.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account and to book. A child can travel as a passenger on a booking made by an adult.
- You sign in with Google or an email code, and we confirm your phone number with a code when you ask for a quote. Keep access to your email and phone secure; you are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Please do not use the site to make false requests, to copy its data by automated means, or to send sign-in codes to numbers or addresses that are not yours.
4. How a booking is made
- Search. The prices you see on the site are estimates, worked out from our data for each aircraft. They include tax and our platform fee.
- Budgetary quote. When you press "Get budgetary quote" we save an estimate for one aircraft and one trip. It is not an offer and you owe nothing for it.
- Commit. When you commit to a budgetary quote, you pay the upfront amount (see below), and then our team contacts operators to confirm the aircraft, the times and the price.
- Firm quote. We send you a firm quote: the confirmed aircraft and its operator, the times, the full price and how long the offer is valid. This is our offer.
- Proforma Invoice and payment. If you accept the firm quote, we send a Proforma Invoice. Your booking is made when we receive your payment against it, within the firm quote's validity.
- Tax Invoice. After payment we send your Tax Invoice.
The upfront amount. To show that your request is serious, we take an upfront amount when you commit to a budgetary quote. It is a percentage of the quote's total, and we show you the amount before you pay. It is refundable in full if we cannot send you a firm quote, if you decline the firm quote or if the firm quote expires, and if you go ahead it counts towards your payment. The conditions are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Price
- The amount payable on your firm quote includes the flight, the charges listed in it, GST and our platform fee of ₹10,000 per booking.
- It does not include charges that depend on what happens on the day and that the firm quote lists as not included, such as extending an airport's operating hours (a watch-hour extension), day detention after 4 hours, a night halt, or taxes other than GST. If one of them arises, we tell you the amount before it is incurred where we can.
- An estimate or a budgetary quote can change before the firm quote, because aircraft, airport and operator costs are only confirmed then. The firm quote's price does not change once you have paid, except for changes you ask for.
- A quote in US dollars uses the exchange rate shown on it, with its date.
6. Passengers
- Every passenger must carry a valid ID or passport, and any visa or permit their trip needs. You give us each passenger's name and ID details before the flight, for the flight's passenger list.
- Baggage must fit the aircraft's baggage space. Dangerous goods, and anything the law or the operator forbids, cannot be carried.
- The operator and the pilot in command have the final word on everything to do with safety, including refusing to carry a passenger who is unfit to fly or behaves unsafely.
7. Times, delays and changes
- Times on an estimate and a budgetary quote are tentative. They are confirmed in the firm quote, after we have checked the airports' hours and notices to airmen (NOTAMs).
- A flight can be delayed or changed by weather, air traffic control, an airport's hours or an authority's order, or a technical fault. We will tell you as soon as we know and work with the operator to keep your trip.
- If the booked aircraft cannot fly, we offer a substitute aircraft of the same or a higher category at no extra cost. If you decline it, or none is available, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Liability
- The operator is responsible for the carriage and carries passenger liability insurance as its licence requires. The insurance cover for your flight is the operator's, and we state it in your firm quote.
- We are responsible for our own service. Our liability for it is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking concerned.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence.
10. Events beyond anyone's control
Neither you nor we are responsible for failing to perform because of events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, or government or airport orders. What happens to your payment in that case is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Complaints
Please tell us first, so we can put it right. Our grievance officer is Sourabh Jangid, CEO, care@jet-vibe.com. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, we will try mediation before either of us goes to court.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. If you live outside India, this does not take away any protection that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
The 14-day right to cancel an online purchase that consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have does not apply to passenger transport, so it does not apply to a charter flight.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. A booking is governed by the terms in force when it was paid.
